Compass Group USA, operating through Flik Hospitality, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the Culinary Department in a facility. You will assist in supervision, preparation, and cooking, developing daily menus and garnishes, and may supervise hourly associates with the Executive Chef.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to new culinary programs, manage cost controls, and oversee catering events, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, complex foodservice environment.
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
• Experience assisting with cost controls, menu development, and catering events.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assist the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
