Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Charter Account Manager to lead end-to-end charter partnerships. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional planning, and ensure contractual execution across shoreside and shipboard operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with shipboard teams and senior leaders, negotiate terms, and drive successful charters while supporting long-term partner relationships. This position follows a hybrid schedule in NY or Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in maritime or cruise ops, shoreside and/or shipboard.
• Experience managing complex client relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel ~40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with charter partners and serve as primary contact.
• Oversee implementation of full-ship charter terms and provisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shipboard teams.
• Lead charter planning meetings, including with senior executives.
• Prepare charter memos and assist in proposals and agreements.
