Job summary

MercyOne Trinity Health seeks an RN III – senior to provide professional nursing services on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and clinical practice within a collaborative team environment.

The incumbent will lead nursing care, ensure adherence to standards, and support patient-centered, evidence-based care across urology, nephrology, trauma, and colorectal surgery specialties, while collaborating with Virtual Nurse partners.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
