Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required; BSN preferred for hires after Oct 1, 2020.
• Three years nursing experience in specialty area at high-acuity facility.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff on assigned shift.
• Assign staff based on competency, acuity, and staffing ratios; adjust as needed.
• Direct patient care when required and ensure smooth patient flow and safety.
