Qualifications

• BSN required for hires after Oct 1, 2020; prior hires may have ASN with a Bachelor's in another field and MSN in nursing.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience in the area of specialty at a facility with similar acuity.
• Minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff during assigned shift.
• Make assignments based on staff competency, patient acuity, and staffing ratios.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and assist with high census or emergencies.
• Lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate to improve practice and patient outcomes.
