Norton Healthcare is seeking a Sr Charge Integrity Optimization professional to oversee the full lifecycle of item intake, CDM creation, charge logic, and charge capture accuracy in the Supply Chain and clinical care setting.

The role emphasizes building compliant CDM entries, auditing charge documentation, and optimizing workflows for high-cost or limited-use items, while partnering with OR, Coding/CDI, Revenue Integrity, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in revenue cycle/charge integrity.
• Five years of revenue cycle, charge integrity or medical device supply chain with a bachelor's degree; nine years without a bachelor's degree.
• Certifications: CHRI, CPC, COC, CCS, CHFP, RN, LPN, RHIA, or RHIT are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Review new item requests for correctness and add to the CDM.
• Build and maintain compliant CDM entries and charge logic.
• Optimize charge workflows for high-cost and limited-use items.
• Audit documentation and usage to prevent missed or incorrect charges.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, OR/procedural teams, Coding/CDI, and Revenue Integrity to safeguard revenue.
