Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Clinical Department and revenue cycle by performing charge capture analysis and maintaining the charge master for accuracy and compliance.

You will lead audits, research billing regulations, and collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and Revenue Cycle to implement timely processes and solutions while mentoring team members and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or 10 years of equivalent experience with progressive advancement.
• 5+ years in revenue cycle or revenue integrity role
• Advanced understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and third party billing requirements
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and quarterly audits of the EAP.
• Prepare files for the EAP database builds.
• Identify charge capture opportunities across departments.
• Research and interpret billing regulations and apply changes.
• Lead quarterly audits on charge master data elements.
• Link EPIC and charge master with Revenue Cycle/IT.
