Lead trustee representation work from asset review through recovery and final report.
Oversee estate litigation including turnover and fraudulent transfer matters.
Direct case management, staffing, and supervision of associates and paralegals.
Prepare and file fee applications; report status and recoveries to the Managing Partner.
Advise on fiduciary and creditor matters, including Chapter 727 assignments and receiverships.
Develop business with panel trustees and insolvency bar; contribute to practice development.
