Responsibilities

• Prosecute nondischargeability complaints and objections to discharge in bankruptcy cases.
• Participate in collections and enforcement actions in Florida courts.
• Support receiverships and assignments including filings and reporting to court.
• Appear at hearings in federal and state courts and manage deadlines.
