Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Channel Field Marketing Manager (West) to lead co-marketing with VARs, resellers, and alliance partners across the Americas. You will design and execute field programs, manage MDF budgets, and partner with channel sales to drive pipeline ROI.

You will report to the Director of Field Marketing and collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and sales teams. This remote role requires about 40% travel and offers equity, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of channel marketing experience with measurable pipeline contribution.
• Proven track record building and executing co-marketing events with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, or distributors.
• Experience managing MDF budgets: planning, execution, and ROI reporting.
• Strong understanding of the B2B technology channel ecosystem and how to drive joint pipeline.
• Ability to collaborate with channel sales, demand gen, digital, ABM, and product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own Americas channel field marketing strategy and programs that generate partner-sourced pipeline.
• Develop co-marketing plans aligned to regional priorities and campaigns.
• Maintain channel marketing calendar aligned to partner priorities and campaigns.
• Define and enforce pipeline ROI standards as gate for all channel field investments.
• Design and execute joint field programs with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, and distributors across the Americas.
• Manage MDF programs end to end: planning, partner alignment, execution, budget tracking, and pipeline attribution reporting.
