Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive Channel Value Management (CVM) strategies from Oak Brook, IL. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Go-To-Market, Finance, and Product to optimize channel programs and profitability, while controlling pricing and margin impact.

With 9+ years in Sales/Marketing and strong financial acumen, you will design and govern partner initiatives, recruit new partners, and guide ecosystem expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• MBA is a plus and preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Experience with channel programs and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner investment strategy to maximize profitable growth aligned with channel objectives.
• Design innovative channel programs that accelerate partner and consumer value while fitting established customer value frameworks.
• Define pricing governance, channel guidelines, and deal review processes.
