About the Role

Join our dynamic Channel Sales Organization at Mimecast. We are seeking a high-performing team player who is customer-centric, accountable, and consistently strives for success. You will be responsible for managing relationships with SHI and CDW nationally, driving our channel sales strategy, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This is a remote position based in Illinois, New Jersey, or Texas.

What You'll Do
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market business plans with and for CDW and SHI.
  • Align the sales organization through targeted demand generation and alignment activities.
  • Coordinate enablement activities at both Sales and SE levels.
  • Foster executive alignment with partner stakeholders.
  • Collaborate internally with quota-bearing reps and sales leadership to achieve shared goals.
  • Forecast partner opportunities accurately in conjunction with direct sales teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class experience for partners.
What You'll Bring
  • Success in technology channel sales.
  • Strong management skills for enterprise and partner relationships.
  • Knowledge of the regional partner landscape and competitive dynamics.
  • Ability to develop effective go-to-market plans.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions, especially SaaS.
  • Willingness to travel to regional partners for events and meetings.
Compensation & Benefits

The US base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000, plus benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for new hires. The role may also be eligible for incentive plans and other benefits. Salary offers are determined by role, level, location, individual capabilities, and experience.
