National Grid plc in the New England Electric division based in Waltham, MA, Worcester, MA, or Northborough, MA is seeking a Senior Analyst for Business Change in a hybrid role. You will help employees understand, embrace, and adopt change through engagement, communications, and readiness strategies to support key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years leading significant business projects.
• 2+ years leading or facilitating the development and execution of deliverables used to drive awareness, preparation and adoption of new processes, data, technology, etc.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, present insights via graphs and charts, and present a succinct, consumable story.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Experience in using MS Office suite applications to communicate and present in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver change plans aligned to overall project goals and audience best practice.
• Develop and maintain engineering personas and segmentation strategy.
• Lead stakeholder communications, training, engagement, and post go-live support plans.
• Align, coordinate and maintain roadmap of changes.
• Assess and break down organization, process and technology impacts.
• Collaborate to measure program effectiveness to ensure end user readiness and adoption targets and develop action plans to address low readiness and adoption indicators.
• Collaborate with other change teams to share best practices and lessons learned; partner with those teams to mitigate risks to end user readiness and adoption.
• Manage and report on digital readiness and other user adoption metrics.
• Work with portfolio team to define rollout strategy and roadmap for new innovations.
