National Grid is hiring a Senior Analyst, Business Change for New England Electric, based in Waltham, Worcester, or Northborough, MA. This hybrid role focuses on developing engagement, readiness, and change management strategies to support key initiatives.

You will lead or support delivery of activities, metrics, and reports, collaborating with Engineering and Network Strategy. Strong facilitation, project management, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years leading significant business projects, with a focus on evolving work methods and technology adoption.
• 2+ years leading or facilitating the development and execution of deliverables used to drive awareness, preparation and adoption of new processes, data, technology, etc.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, present insights via graphs and charts, and present a succinct, consumable story.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Experience in using MS Office suite applications to successfully communicate, engage and present in-person as well as in a hybrid working environment.

• Create and deliver change plans aligned to project goals and audience best practices.
• Develop and maintain engineering personas and segmentation strategy.
• Lead stakeholder communications, training, engagement, and post go-live support plans.
• Align, coordinate and maintain roadmap of changes.
• Assess and break down organization, process and technology impacts.
• Collaborate to measure program effectiveness and address readiness/adoption indicators.
• Share best practices with other change teams and mitigate risks to end user readiness.
• Manage and report on digital readiness and other user adoption metrics.
• Work with portfolio team to define rollout strategy and roadmap for new innovations.
