Job summary

Nielsen is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise adoption of Google Gemini, Google Workspace, and Gemini Notebook across the organization. You will focus on end-user enablement, scaling training, adoption support, and practical change management to improve awareness and effective use of Google Suite.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Workspace in a professional setting and the ability to translate AI capabilities into actionable guidance for non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in change management, digital enablement, learning and development, technology adoption, internal communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology adoption initiatives from planning through rollout and reinforcement.
• Must have worked with Google Workspace in a professional setting and be comfortable training others transitioning from Microsoft tools to Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement initiatives across Google Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and core Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Meet).
• Develop and execute adoption plans for enterprise-wide rollout and sustained usage.
• Design and scale end-user training for Gemini and Google Workspace capabilities, including live sessions and self-service resources.
• Run proofs of concept, pilot programs, and engagement events to identify high-value use cases and accelerate adoption.
• Translate Google AI and productivity capabilities into practical guidance for end users.
• Partner cross-functionally to build communications, gather feedback, and remove adoption barriers.
