Job summary

Promevo is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to lead Gemini Enterprise deployments and strategic rollout of platform-native AI solutions. You will drive change management, design adoption roadmaps, and deliver hands-on training to client teams across diverse environments.

The role emphasizes advanced Gemini administration, AI-enabled productivity, and strong communication with customers to ensure successful adoption and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Gemini Enterprise administration and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Strong background in delivering technical training and interactive workshops on generative AI adoption.
• 3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace.
• 3+ years in change management and end-user enablement for cloud collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI-assisted writing, data analysis, and meeting productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Gemini Enterprise features across Google Workspace environments.
• Serve as the primary technical AI enablement specialist, integrating platform-native AI tools into workflows.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Customize and deliver change management plans, training programs, and adoption metrics.
• Write technical documentation and end-user guides for deployed solutions.
