Job summary

DataMap in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the people side of enterprise transformations, owning change strategy, adoption, and stakeholder engagement across major programs (Coupa, D365, NetSuite, SAP, Boomi). This is an in-person role at our headquarters.

You will advise executive sponsors, mentor change managers, and coordinate training and communications, measuring adoption and impacting business outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience leading organizational change management or technology adoption, including leading other change managers.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Track record of program-level change on enterprise system rollouts with adoption and proficiency metrics.
• Experience setting training strategy for large rollouts and working with third parties (suppliers, customers, other providers).
• Experience advising executive sponsors and presenting to steering committees.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and resistance management skills.
• Ability to work in person at DataMap's Overland Park, KS office. In-person role only.
• Familiarity with change models (Lewin, Kotter, Prosci ADKAR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the change strategy and integrated plan for each program with leadership.
• Conduct program-level impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessments across internal teams and third parties.
• Set up AI workflows for impact assessments, communications, training content, and adoption analytics.
• Advise executive sponsors and managers on change leadership and present readiness and adoption risk to governance bodies.
• Coordinate third-party change strategy with client leaders and other providers; lead and coach change managers and networks.
• Identify expansion needs (training, adoption support, follow-on phases) and pursue them with leadership and Sales.
• Develop and execute training, communications, and adoption plans, including feedback mechanisms and RACI matrices.
• Track adoption, proficiency, and sustained usage; analyze root causes of resistance and adjust the plan.
