DataMap, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of change across technology rollouts and product implementations. You will prepare executives, managers, end users, and partners to adopt new platforms, ensuring go-live success and sustained adoption.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid problem solving, and a clear path from Change Manager toward leadership roles within DataMap.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience leading organizational change management, adoption, or training on technology rollouts.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on training experience: needs analysis, role-based materials and job aids, live and virtual sessions, train-the-trainer.
• Experience leading change for internal groups at every level and for third parties such as suppliers or customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run the change workstream from case for change through go-live and reinforcement.
• Run change impact and readiness assessments for processes, tools, roles, and daily work.
• Draft impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communications, and training content with AI tools.
