Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced senior change management professional to join our growing Change Management practice in Los Angeles. This role provides expertise to major projects, guiding stakeholder engagement, training, and communications to drive successful adoption.

This is a three-year limited term, hybrid on-site position. The successful candidate must be a California resident, reside within a commutable distance, and work at least one day per week on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in digital change management or related field.
• Change Management certification or completion of a Change Management program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage change management methodology, processes, and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of appropriate training programs.
