Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Management Leader to design and drive global change initiatives. The role requires coordinating across multiple business units, guiding executive leadership, and managing a diverse portfolio of projects with a strong bias for action.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with several in-office days in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL, and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' work experience
• Experience creating and implementing change management and/or organizational design strategies and plans for large scale cross business unit global projects.
• Demonstrated ability to interface at varying levels of the organization, including senior leaders and individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Understand the impact of changes on stakeholder groups across multiple business units to develop communications plans and engagement activities
• Tailor the change management approach to meet project needs using context-specific methods and tools
• Coach business leaders, business unit leaders and executives on change leadership
• Lead peer change managers to drive continuous improvement across Zebra
• Manage a dynamically changing portfolio of change management projects
• Provide direction to Zebra team members and contractors on change management tasks
• Serve as a Zebra change management expert in cross‑business unit initiatives
• Develop and deliver project-related communications and stakeholder engagement content across channels
