You will partner with client business and IT teams, Field DSPMs, dealers, program teams and implementation partners to drive readiness, adoption and a seamless transition across pilots, rollout and stabilization.

The role requires owning and syncing the overall OCM strategy and an integrated change management plan across stakeholders,

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in automotive parts supply chain and dealer networks.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Track record in training deployment and adoption management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end change management for a strategic automotive transformation program.
• Partner with client business and IT teams, Field DSPMs, dealers, program teams and implementation partners.
• Own and synchronize OCM strategy and integrated change management plan across stakeholders.
• Identify adoption risks, conduct readiness assessments, and plan mitigations.
