Qualifications

• 7+ years post-graduation work experience in change management or related consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management activities for utility clients focused on technology implementation.
• Partner with client stakeholders to assess organizational impacts and develop change strategies.
• Design and deliver change plans, communications, engagement activities, training support, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and sessions to align teams and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and business leaders to integrate change into delivery.
• Measure adoption and readiness, adjust plans to support successful implementation.
• Provide advisory support to navigate complex utility transformations.
