Guidehouse is seeking a change management leader for utility clients, focusing on technology implementations and organizational readiness. You will partner with stakeholders, assess impacts, and craft actionable strategies to drive adoption and project success.

In this role, you will design change plans, deliver trainings, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into delivery while measuring adoption and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Post-graduation work experience in change management, organizational readiness, or related consulting roles.
• Experience with electric/power utility clients and technology implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence across diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management activities for utility clients, with a focus on technology implementation projects.
• Partner with client stakeholders to assess organizational impacts, identify change risks, and develop actionable change management strategies.
• Design and deliver change plans, communications, stakeholder engagement activities, training support, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to build alignment and drive adoption across impacted business and operational teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to integrate change management into overall project delivery.
• Measure adoption, readiness, and effectiveness of change activities and adjust plans as needed to support successful implementation.
• Provide trusted advisory support to clients navigating transformation initiatives in complex utility environments.
