Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in change management or related fields.
• Experience leading tech or business process transformations.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and impact assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and identify organizational change requirements.
• Develop and execute change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and training plans.
• Partner with project teams and leaders to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to leadership and teams.
• Provide coaching on change leadership and sponsorship.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks across lifecycles.
• Promote change management best practices and mentor teams.
