Job description

What You’ll Do

As a consultant at Curium, you won’t just help clients manage change, you’ll help people understand it, lead through it, and adopt it. You’ll partner with executives, project teams, sponsors, functional leaders, and employees to design and deliver practical, people-first change strategies that reduce disruption, accelerate readiness, and build lasting internal capability. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Leading change management workstreams across large-scale transformations, including ERP, HRIS, CRM, digital modernization, operating model, culture, and process change initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining integrated change management plans that align with program milestones, governance cadence, sponsor expectations, and workstream dependencies.
  • Conducting change impact assessments to identify affected audiences, role and process impacts, adoption risks, training needs, communication needs, resistance points, and readiness gaps.
  • Building and managing change logs, risk registers, readiness dashboards, pulse checks, and adoption measures that help leaders see where the people side of change is on track or at risk.
  • Designing and activating change networks, change agent programs, leader toolkits, talking points, messaging guides, feedback loops, and local advocacy structures.
  • Partnering with communications teams to create clear, audience-specific messaging, approval paths, communication calendars, leader cascades, FAQs, and staff-facing updates.
  • Partnering with training and business teams to connect change impact data to learning needs, role-based training plans, performance support, quick reference guides, train-the-trainer support, and go-live readiness.
  • Facilitating steering committee, ELT, and stakeholder sessions that create alignment, clarify decision rights, surface risks, and move leaders from awareness to action.
  • Supporting go-live, cutover, hyper-care, reinforcement, and sustainment activities so new behaviors, processes, tools, and ways of working stick beyond launch.
  • Supporting Curium’s growth by contributing to proposals, client conversations, business development, thought leadership, and practical change management offerings that reflect our people-first approach.
What You Bring

At Curium, we don’t just advise on change; we co-create it with our clients. You’re someone who can operate at both the strategic and practical level: confident with senior leaders, credible with project teams, and trusted by the people experiencing the change. You know how to turn ambiguity into a plan, how to make the people impacts visible, and how to build the structures, tools, and relationships that help change land well.

Must-Haves:
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management workstreams on complex transformations, including technology implementations, operating model changes, process redesign, culture change, or enterprise modernization efforts.
  • Strong practical experience developing change strategies, change management plans, impact assessments, stakeholder maps, readiness assessments, adoption plans, and communications or training support plans.
  • Ability to work confidently with executives, sponsors, project teams, SMEs, communications teams, training teams, and employees across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent facilitation, listening, writing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create clarity and momentum in complex environments.
  • Experience building and activating change networks, leader toolkits, messaging guides, feedback loops, pulse checks, and readiness or adoption reporting.
  • Ability to identify risks early, connect people impacts to project decisions, and escalating issues in a way that supports timely leadership action.
  • Exposure to, or curiosity about, generative AI tools and how they can support change delivery, adoption, communications, training, and productivity.
  • A natural connector with a strong professional network who is comfortable contributing to business growth through relationship-building, thought leadership, and meaningful client conversations.
  • Based within ~100 miles of our Orlando, FL with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you support. This may include overnight travel.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Prosci, CCMP, PMP, CPTD, SHRM, or related certification.
  • Experience leading OCM on technology implementations such as Workday, Dayforce, Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience designing or supporting training strategies, learning needs analyses, train-the-trainer models, quick reference guides, performance support, office hours, or hyper-care support.
  • Experience creating executive briefings, steering committee updates, dashboards, risk reports, readiness summaries, or decision papers for senior leaders.
  • Experience working across nonprofit, government, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, or other complex client environments where mission, culture, systems, and operations all matter.
  • Experience across talent, culture, project management, communications, technology, and organizational effectiveness is a plus, but we’re less interested in titles and more interested in whether you’ve helped real people move through real change. We know no one ticks every box. If you meet most of the qualifications and feel this role aligns with your strengths, we’d love to hear from you.
