Job summary

Citi in Pune, India, is seeking a Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operations AVP to oversee non-financial regulatory reporting deliverables, maintain a strong control environment, and monitor workflows to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The role supports audits, remediation efforts, and driven process improvements.

The Senior Analyst will lead automation efforts, collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Technology, and coach junior staff while enhancing the reporting framework and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Operations, preferably in a regulatory reporting space.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with data automation and analytics tools (e.g., Xceptor, Alteryx).
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience coaching junior staff and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Execution: Post-submission validation and analysis to identify and resolve reporting issues.
• Prepare and submit complex non-financial regulatory reports for various jurisdictions and products.
• Coordinate with partner units for exceptions and clarifications.
• Analyze regulatory reporting processes to identify gaps and improvements.
