Qualifikationen

• Experience in change management, adoption, training, communications, or transformation in a consulting or professional services setting.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and practical application.
• Familiarity with law firms or corporate legal environments and risk-aware practice.
• Experience supporting AI, knowledge management, or workflow automation change programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive, lawyer, and business audiences.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver change enablement engagements and embedded workstreams within advisory programs.
• Develop and execute adoption plans translating strategy into clear actions for users.
• Conduct stakeholder and readiness assessments; map adoption risks and opportunities.
• Create communications, training materials, and reinforcement activities for legal teams.
• Support interviews, workshops, surveys to identify barriers and drive engagement.
• Track adoption metrics and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
