Job summary

Epiq Advisory for Law Firms is seeking a Senior Consultant, Change Enablement to help law firms and corporate legal departments adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working in a practical and measurable way.

You will translate strategy into clear adoption plans, develop communications, training, readiness activities, and reinforcement models while working directly with lawyers and business services teams across advisory and implementation engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change enablement programs in consulting or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with change frameworks like Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
• Experience in law firm or corporate legal environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving setting.
• Exposure to AI adoption, knowledge management, and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop adoption plans translating strategy into actionable steps for users.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption risk reviews.
• Create communications, training materials, and reinforcement activities for lawyers and staff.
• Track adoption metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support enablement programs for partners, associates, legal operations, IT, and admin teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
