Epiq Advisory for Law Firms seeks a Senior Consultant, Change Enablement to help law firms and corporate legal teams adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working in a practical, measurable, and sustainable way.

Reporting to the Change Enablement Director, you will lead client-facing change workstreams across advisory and implementation engagements, including programs involving AI adoption, knowledge management, data modernization, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change management, adoption, training, communications, or transformation programs in a consulting, professional services, or legal environment.
• Familiarity with change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and applying them pragmatically.
• Understanding of law firm or corporate legal department cultures, risk, and governance considerations.

Responsabilités

• Lead client delivery of change enablement engagements and embedded workstreams within advisory projects.
• Develop practical adoption plans translating strategy into concrete actions for users.
• Create communications, training materials, and reinforcement models for lawyers and staff.
• Coordinate stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and readiness activities to identify adoption barriers and opportunities.
• Track adoption metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
