TPI Global Solutions in Worcester, MA seeks a Senior CGL Technical Consultant – Casualty Claims to manage complex litigated claims across multiple states. Hybrid option with 2 days in office or 100% remote for candidates not near a company office.

Responsibilities include investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex CGL claims; analyzing coverage, coordinating with defense counsel and stakeholders; and guiding litigation through mediation, arbitration, and trial while ensuring

Formación

• 5+ years of CGL litigation claims experience with an insurance carrier.
• License requirements as applicable by state (adjuster).
• Strong knowledge of casualty claims, coverage analysis and litigation procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, investigation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve complex CGL litigated claims.
• Analyze coverage and liability disputes to develop resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with defense counsel, policyholders and risk managers to resolve claims.
• Manage all aspects of litigation from mediation to trial.
• Represent the company in mediations, arbitrations and trials.
• Review contracts for coverage implications and risk transfer opportunities.
• Prepare coverage position letters based on policy language and law.
• Monitor litigation expenses while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Identify suspicious claims and conduct thorough investigations.
• Serve as a technical resource for other claims adjusters.
