Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in composites or polymers industry.
• Direct experience formulating materials for prepreg manufacturing, RTM, or similar processing methods.
• Strong knowledge of carbon fiber reinforcements, sizing, and matrices.

Responsibilities

• Formulation & development of polymer matrix systems with Lyten 3D Graphene to enhance CFRP properties.
• Cross-functional integration: communicate timelines and results to internal teams.
• Scale-up to pilot and high-volume manufacturing; perform DoE for processing parameters.
• Characterization & testing of polymers and composites to validate performance against specs.
