Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management or related field.
• 8 years of senior management experience with 4 years supervising subordinates.
• Equivalency: combination of education and experience accepted.
• Preferred 5 years directing major programs in public finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations; lead annual operating and capital budgets.
• Supervise payroll; monitor and approve budget expenditures.
• Prepare cash flow projections; advise senior management.
• Direct preparation of financial reports; monitor grants.
• Provide guidance on procurement and financial policies.
