• Equivalency notes: an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations in the agency and lead the annual budgeting process for operating and capital budgets.
• Supervise payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments and monitor budget expenditures.
• Prepare cash flow projections and determine budgetary impacts for senior management.
