• Oversee all financial operations in the agency.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for operating and capital budgets.
• Supervise payroll to ensure timely and accurate staff payments.
• Monitor and approve budget expenditures.
• Prepare cash flow projections and assess budgetary impacts.
