Job summary

FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance team in Dallas seeks a Senior Consultant to support CFO advisory engagements for Fortune 500 clients, including developing financial models and performing in-depth financial analysis.

You will help lead engagement work streams, train junior staff, and contribute to internal practice development, marketing, and knowledge management initiatives. Strong Excel skills and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of relevant post graduate experience in financial consulting or advisory.
• Experience in FP&A, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, or related areas.
• Ability to develop financial models in Excel with minimal oversight.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge management tools, reports, models, and processes.
• Perform high quality client work and build CFO advisory relationships.
• Assist with internal practice development, marketing, surveys, events and case studies.
• Lead engagement work streams with limited oversight.
• Train, teach, and coach junior team members.
