Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant in Dallas to collaborate across internal teams, supporting CFO advisory engagements. You will develop knowledge management materials, client relationships, and strategic case studies while contributing to practice development and marketing efforts.

You will drive engagement work streams, mentor junior staff, and help deliver high-quality client outcomes for Fortune 500 clients in finance transformation and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a Business related major or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting/advisory or related development programs.
• Experience as external/internal consultant in FP&A, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Finance Technology, Cash/Cost/Capital.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial/operational concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and the ability to develop financial models with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge management including tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans, checklists and processes.
• Perform high quality client work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory assignments; anticipate client needs.
• Assist with internal practice development and marketing; create materials, surveys, events and case studies.
• Help lead engagement work streams and projects with limited oversight.
• Coach and train junior team members as a positive role model.
