Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to support and execute CFO advisory engagements for Fortune 500 clients. You will collaborate with internal teams, develop knowledge management assets, and build strong client relationships.

Role requires 3+ years in financial consulting, strong Excel modeling skills, and willingness to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed. You’ll contribute to practice development and lead smaller work streams with guidance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Masters’ degree in a Business related major or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting or advisory or related rotations.
• Experience as an external or internal consultant in FP&A, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation or related areas.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial concepts and translate to actionable insights.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and building financial models with limited oversight.
• Ability to travel to client sites and FTI office(s) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute client engagements.
• Develop knowledge management tools, reports, models, and processes.
• Support CFO advisory service work and build client relationships.
• Assist with internal practice development, marketing materials, surveys and case studies.
• Help lead engagement work streams and coach junior team members.
