FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to collaborate with internal teams and support client engagements. You will develop knowledge management tools, build financial models, and advance CFO advisory services for Fortune 500 clients.

The role demands 3+ years of financial consulting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex financial issues into actionable recommendations. Travel to client sites and offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Masters’ degree in a Business related major or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting or advisory, or in a Corporate rotational program.
• Experience as an external/internal consultant with FP&A, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Finance Technology, or Cash/Cost/Capital.
• Ability to synthesize and advise on complex financial concepts; translate to actionable insights.
• Expertise in Excel and developing financial models with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop knowledge management tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans, checklists and processes.
• Perform high quality client work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory assignments.
• Assist with internal practice development and marketing, including materials, surveys, events and case studies.
• Help lead engagement work streams and projects with limited oversight.
• Serve as a positive role model to train, teach, and coach junior team members.
