STONEGATE Workforce Group seeks a Senior/Principal Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in CFD applications to lead simulation-driven engineering projects. You will drive CFD analyses, design large-scale campaigns, automate workflows, and collaborate with AI/ML teams to validate Physics AI models.

Ideal candidates have PhD or MS with robust CFD experience, proficiency with major tools, and strong Python scripting for automation and API integration, complemented by excellent communication

Qualifications

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering or MS with substantial industry experience.
• Strong industrial CFD experience with meshing, solver setup and validation.
• Hands-on experience with major CFD tools (Ansys Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, PowerFLOW).
• Knowledge of DoE, parametric studies and HPC/cloud computing.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and API/SDK integration.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead CFD analysis and technical strategy for complex engineering challenges.
• Design and execute large-scale simulation campaigns.
• Automate end-to-end workflows from geometry preparation to results.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop Physics AI models.
• Integrate simulation models into customer engineering workflows.
• Develop reusable tools and scalable engineering solutions.
• Support customer deployments, technical reviews, and training.
