Job summary

Synopsys is seeking a CFD/thermal engineering expert who can guide customers from problem setup to robust, real-world solutions. You will use Synopsys Fluids and collaborate with AI-driven support to accelerate resolutions while shaping knowledge content used across engineering teams.

You will build deep customer relationships across aerospace, automotive, energy, and other sectors, contributing to process improvements and practical AI-enabled workflows that improve engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related engineering discipline (Bachelors/Masters/PhD).
• Strong foundation in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and numerics.
• Experience with CFD tools and applying simulation to real problems.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers solve CFD and thermal problems using Synopsys Fluids and Ansys Fluids.
• Diagnose issues with AI-powered support platforms and recommend solutions.
• Build long-term relationships across aerospace, automotive, energy industries.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and best practices.
• Lead projects on process improvements and content development.
• Submit product enhancement requests and document defects; verify fixes.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and provide feedback.
