Job summary

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is seeking a Senior Specialist, Certifications Product Strategy to lead the development and execution of clear, consistent, and engaging communications across our certification programs. This hybrid role is based in Lake Mary, FL within the Global Certifications department.

You will own planning, editing, and delivery of high-quality content across channels, including candidate emails, web content, social media, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication and editing skills with ability to produce clear, concise content on deadline.
• Strong command of grammar, style, tone, and editorial standards.
• Experience developing internal and external communications across multiple channels and formats.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quarterly and annual communications plans.
• Write, edit, and manage candidate-facing and stakeholder-facing communications.
• Create emails, program announcements, social media content, blogs, and video scripts.
• Prepare executive communications and presentations for senior leadership.
• Draft crisis and issues communications and coordinate internal messaging.
