Job summary

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is seeking an experienced Director, Certification Product Strategy to lead the strategic direction, market positioning, and performance of its global certification portfolio. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage financial performance, and partner with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, product strategy, or portfolio leadership, including 3+ years leading people managers.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing portfolio financial performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy and vision for The IIA's certification product portfolio.
• Lead market research and customer insights to identify opportunities and portfolio growth.
• Translate insights into strategic product decisions and prioritised initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio performance, forecasting, and variance analysis against targets.
• Coordinate resources across teams and lead technical operations through managers.
• Direct external communications for launches and product updates.
