Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
Experience as Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk or similar role.
Experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
Good understanding of computer systems and devices.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including account setup and network config.
Ask customers targeted questions to understand root cause.
Track issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams when needed.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Log issues and maintain documentation and manuals.
