Job summary

Sampson County Senior Services in North Carolina seeks a Senior Center Manager to lead a dynamic team and strengthen programs for older adults. You will supervise the Senior Center Assistant and volunteers, coordinate activities inside and outside the Center, and promote community engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Valid NC driver's license is required.

• Coordinate activities with programs inside and outside the Senior Center.
• Promote public awareness of activities and programs that help address community needs.
• Participate in various committees to contribute to agency and program development.
• Develop goals and objectives essential to the functions of the Senior Center.
