Job summary

Apple Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Cellular System Engineer (10+ years) to join the hardware team.

You will lead pre- and post-silicon bring-up and validation of end-to-end cellular systems, mapping algorithms to HW/FW architectures and validating control flows and PHY/L1 algorithms. Collaborate with SoC, PHY, PHY HW/FW and L1 SW teams to meet end-to-end requirements and support productization through hands-on lab testing and characterization.

Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cellular communication standards: 6G, 5G NR, 4G LTE.
• Deep knowledge of communication theory and signal processing.
• Experience with Matlab, C/C++ and/or Python for algorithm development.

Responsibilities
