Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on industry or academic research experience in preclinical cell therapy workflows.
• Proficiency with aseptic cell culture, primary cell isolation, flow cytometry, ELISA.
• Experience establishing and executing in vivo models and animal handling.
• Strong experimental design, data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple experiments.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies.
• Perform hands‑on lab work including aseptic cell culture, primary cell isolation, flow cytometry, and ELISA.
• Establish and monitor in vivo models, including animal handling and IVIS imaging.
• Support development, characterization, and optimization of mRNA therapeutics and cell therapy candidates.
• Perform and/or support LNP formulation, characterization, QC, and preclinical evaluation.
• Perform and/or support mRNA IVT, QC, application, and optimization.
• Communicate results to support research program decisions and maintain records.
