Responsibilities

• Manage patient vein-to-vein workflows from registration to infusion.
• Identify and resolve patient-related issues and provide coverage across regions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Site Management, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet needs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for the Cell Therapy Hub.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulations.
