We are seeking a Senior Manager, Cell Therapy Hub to join our Cell Therapy Patient Operations team supporting clinical and commercial cell therapy production across multiple sites. This field-based role serves as a critical connection point between treatment centers, healthcare professionals, patients, and AstraZeneca cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless vein-to-vein (V2V) patient journey.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in patient coordination, provider support, and cell therapy operations while delivering an exceptional experience for treatment sites and patients. Reporting to the Senior Director, Cell Therapy Hub, this position plays a key role in advancing life-changing cell therapy treatments through operational excellence and patient-centered support.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $137,937.60 - $206,906.40. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
