Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive clinical operations background.
• 12+ years in drug development with direct CDMO/clinical ops experience.
• Line management of senior staff and large teams in pharma/biotech.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional program delivery and improvements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global clinical ops strategies across franchises and sites.
• Provide strategic oversight of global cell therapy studies for time and cost delivery.
• Lead governance and decision quality for clinical operations at enterprise level.
• Establish delivery priorities, forecasting, and portfolio metrics for leadership.
• Ensure regulatory submission readiness and sustained inspection readiness.
• Build and inspire a high-performing global team across functions.
