Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Manager, Cell Therapy Hub to support patient operations across multiple sites. The role connects treatment centers, healthcare professionals, and cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless vein‑to‑vein patient journey.

The successful candidate will coordinate complex patient journeys, drive site readiness, and develop SOPs and materials while traveling >50% as required to support treatment sites. This is a field‑based, high‑impact role within the Cell Therapy Hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience within a cell therapy program, healthcare system, or regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to solve site‑facing operational challenges and navigate organizational complexity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for treatment site collaborators to improve site experience.
• Manage all patient vein‑to‑vein workflows from registration through infusion within assigned regions.
• Identify and resolve patient‑related issues; provide coverage across regions as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Site Management, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, IT, and other teams.
• Communicate critical patient information with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate site logistics, COI/COC access, and digital platform usage.
• Work with QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on OOS, recalls, and site issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation.
